About This Piece

A blooming cherry blossom branch embroidered with ribbon and thread. This is my second attempt at a cherry blossom branch. This time, I painted the flowers and the buds to give it a more realistic look. I also spent more time on the stem, giving it depth by using multiple shades of thread.
